Cooking Cheese Balls

Aplliance temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly.
Remove contents from package, returning any unused
Cheese Balls to the freezer as soon as possible.
These products  must be cooked straight from the freezer.


DIRECTIONS FOR FRYING:

Heat approx. 500 mls of oil in a medium saucepan for approx. 4  to  5 minutes on high.
Place desired amount of frozen Cheese Balls in the saucepan, reducing heat to medium.
The oil must cover Cheese Balls. Fry for approx. 5 to 7 minutes, turning them until golden brown.
Remove Cheese Balls  and drain on absorbent paper.


DIRECTIONS FOR BAKING:

Pre-heat oven fan forced 220C. for approx.
10 minutes, Place Cheese Balls on an oil greased oven tray.
Bake them for approx. 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove Cheese Balls from the tray  carefully with a spatula.
Enjoy Tapioca Brazil Cheese Balls with tomato sauce, chilli, mustard or green salad.

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT REFREEZE CHEESE BALLS,  DO NOT MICROWAVE, KEEP FROZEN AT OR BELOW - 18C.
