You Agree that:
Before purchasing our products, you must make sure that you read our nutritional information page to avoid health related issues such as allergies, food intolerance, etc.
Payment is due prior to delivery, via credit card or PayPal. Cash or Cheque are not accepted. We accept bank transfers, providing the payment in our account before the day of delivery. Our banking details are available at the checkout page. If no payment is made before delivery, your order may be cancelled.
Due to the fact that Tapioca Brazil's products are freshly made and they come either frozen, baked or fried, we adhere to stricly no refund policy.
Tapioca Brazil delivers to most suburbs within Melbourne.
In order to purchase our products, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where Tapioca Brazil provides delivery services (use our postcode search facility to confirm this). Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb are correct, as orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the Tapioca Brazil delivery area will not be processed.
Delivery days are currently Wednesdays and Saturdays depending on your postcode. All orders must be in by 12pm of Monday for delivery on Wednesday. Our Wednesday delivery times as from 10am to 5pm. On Saturdays delivery times are from 8am to 4pm and all orders must be in by 12pm of Thursday. If your order is placed after these deadlines, we cannot be guaranteed that it will be processed and delivered. If you place your order after Wednesday or Thursday and need a specific day and time to have it delivered, please contact us and we will try and assist you.
Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your area. Once you place your first order, we will contact you to confirm the time of delivery. If no one is home at the nominated place of delivery, Tapioca Brazil will return with the products and a refund will not be provided. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, changes could be made to the delivery schedule.
Tapioca Brazil accepts that in the event of goods arriving damaged via our own transport, we will replace the products free of charge or a credit will be issued to your next delivery.
Tapioca Brazil cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away correctly ASAP.
If you purchase Tapioca Brazil's frozen products, they will need to be refrigerated even when being transported. We will deliver them to you at a temperature in accordance with Food Health & Safety standards.
Delivery & Handling Charges & Taxes
A delivery and handling charge of $19.95 applies to all orders, unless special consideration is made by us. If we are using a Courier for delivery, the minimum amount payable is $29.95 unless special consideration is made by us. Current delivery costs are outlined on our Delivery Information page. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the full delivery costs.
Limitation of Liability
Tapioca Brazil will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
Tapioca Brazil has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time we place it there. All images used on this site are representations for your information only and are not necessarily true images of that product.
