Cooking Coxinhas

Apppliance temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times  accordingly.
Remove contents from package, returning any unused coxinhas to the freezer as soon as possible.
These products must be cooked straight from the freezer.


DIRECTIONS FOR FRYING

Heat approx. 500 mls of oil in  a medium saucepan for   approx. 4 to 5  minutes on high.
 Place the desired amount of frozen  coxinhas in the saucepan, reducing the heat to medium.
The oil must cover coxinhas. Fry for approx. 5 to 7  minutes, turning them until golden brown.
Remove Coshinyas (coxinhas)  and drain on absorbent paper.


DIRECTIONS FOR CONVENTIONAL OR FAN FORCED OVEN:

Pre-heat  oven  to 220C.  Place  coxinhas on an oil greased oven tray. 
Bake them  for approx. 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove Coshinyas (coxinhas) from the tray  carefully with a spatula.
Enjoy your Tapioca Brazil`s coxinhas  with tomato sauce, chilli, mustard or green salad.


IMPORTANT:

DO NOT REFREEZE COSHINYAS, DO NOT MICROWAVE.  KEEP FROZEN STORE AT MINUS 18C.
