How to prepare: Sift the hydrated tapioca mix dough that comes in separate 100g sachets (each sachet makes one serving of tapioca) in an already heated pan fryer. Spread evenly by shaping it as a pancake. Place your preferred filling and close the tapioca or if you prefer leave it well stuffed and have it opened,like a pizza.
Sieve the hydrated Tapioca Mix in a pre-heated non-stick frying pan.
Over low heat spread evenly the hydrated Tapioca Mix in the frying pan and wait for 1 minute.
Place the filing of your choice (not included) over half of the formed Tapioca disk. Fold it half or keep open like a pizza. Cover your frying pan with a lid.
If you choose to fold it, turn your Tapioca to ensure it is cooked on both sides.
